Flat Rock Property Wash, LLC

House washing

While most people refer to it as pressure washing, we actually rely more on a special house wash solution to do the cleaning and a higher gallons per minute than most pressure washers to rinse it off.  In fact, direct pressure can cause damage and also causes oxidation, which will lead to color fading, discoloration, splotchiness, and a layer of "chalk" on the siding.  With a basic house wash we'll also do what we can to get those gutters white again, too!

Fence washing

Concrete washing

Direct pressure can cause splintering, dents, grooves, and other marks in that wood fence, and it can cause damage or oxidation to that vinyl fence.  Certain chemicals or chemicals at the wrong strength can also cause damage to those fences.  We use proven chemicals at the right strength to get those fences looking new and fresh!  And who wants to spend their day off or weekend cleaning their fence!?

We've all seen them, even if you don't know what caused them.  Clean/dirty streaks in the concrete!  It's hard to get an even, uniform clean with that pressure washing wand, not to mention the toll it takes on the back!  We use chemicals to loosen up the dirt and algae, a surface cleaner, and a chemical post-treatment, which, when used all together, gives your concrete an even, uniform clean.

window washing

Window washing is a job that many people want done, but many people don't want to take the time to do it, or when they get done their windows are full of streaks.  We can help you get that chore checked off your list and looking fabulous!

Gravestone & monument cleaning

Is your loved one's grave looking old, dirty, covered with algae?  Maybe it's a concrete bench or memorial bricks in your backyard.  We can scrub it clean or utilize a spray and walk-away chemical that isn't harsh or harmful and will keep that gravestone or monument or memorial looking great!

graffiti removal

We use the best graffiti removal chemicals out there.  They are eco friendly because they're biodegradable, use less water than most others, and can be used on brick and concrete as well as painted and sensitive surfaces!
